Netshop is always trying its best to serve you better. We have made some major, physical changes to our office so that you can feel more comfortable. A special room has been built to accommodate customers, thus allowing them to come in and place their orders with much ease. The room is air conditioned and has comfortable seating.

New Form of Payment: We Now Accept All Major Credit and Debit Cards!

You can now make payments using your own credit or debit card when you come in to place an order or if you're just settling a payment upon receipt of your package.

 New Expeditious Service: Establishment of a Customs Bond

We have now established a bond with Customs and Excise Department which will allow us to clear goods as soon as they arrive. This speeds up the entire delivery process and allow us to hand you your packages faster than ever before.

New Staff

  To enhance the quality of our customer service, we found it extremely necessary to change our staff and to provide them with additional training. This allows our new staff to perform professionally and efficiently in their daily interactions with our customers.
