Customers are therefore able to make online purchases, direct these purchases to a safe U.S. warehouse, and access other logistics services.

How does our online shopping process work?

1.  Register with Netshop. Be familiar with our rates and services.

2.  Make your purchase(s) from any online store.

3.  Use your Miami address as the delivery address for your order.

4.  Your purchase(s) will arrive at our Miami warehouse. There, our efficient staff will ship your

      purchase(s) to St. Lucia or any other designated branch.

5.  Upon arrival in St. Lucia, customs procedures are handled by our office.

6.  Our office notifies customers of the arrival of their purchase(s) and the necessary

     local charges.

7.  You come in, settle charges and collect your package at our Castries or Vieux Fort branch -

     whichever is convenient to you. However if you wish, we can deliver your package to your 

     home or office for an additional fee.
